2012 Sonoma Syrah - sold out
Our inaugural release. The 2012 Sonoma Syrah is a blend of three Syrah clones (877, 174 and TC) sourced from a highly regarded vineyard located in a cool, wind blown gap at the Northwestern tip of Sonoma. This single varietal wine displays an intensely floral nose coupled with notes of currant, lavender, crushed stone, forest floor and saddle leather. There is a slightly tannic but balanced backbone that would benefit from a few hours of decanting or time in the cellar. Suggested drinking window 2015 - 2020
