We are firm believers that great wine is made in the vineyard. At Chronister Family Wines we contract with highly regarded vineyards who uphold rigorous quality standards. Yields are kept low to maximize concentration and only minimal intervention is employed to ensure sustainable vineyard health
Fruit for our wines is sourced from regions and vineyards known to consistently produce the highest quality for that varietal. Terroir, or the expression of place, is of extreme importance in the wines we produce. What we seek are the extraordinary qualities of each place which can be sculpted into something entirely unique
